Value Stream Mapping

Map your value stream and identify improvement opportunities

What is VSM?

Value Stream Mapping is a lean method for visualising every step in a process — from start to finish. It reveals where value is created, and where waste is hiding.

Purpose

To create a shared picture of the current state, identify bottlenecks and waste, and design an improved future state.
