Accessibility

Status

Prozanta Operations works continuously to make prozanta.dk accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. The measure is WCAG 2.2 level AA.

The site is partially conformant. In September 2026 we reviewed the whole site and fixed the largest faults: visible keyboard focus (it had been switched off in 804 places), colour contrast on some 300 pieces of text and 35 input fields, a skip-to-content link on every page, and programmatic names on form fields. What is still missing is written below. We write it down rather than claim full conformance, because a statement that is not true is worse than no statement.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas and are working to improve them:

• The printable templates hold roughly 3,900 input fields. 3,100 of them now carry their own programmatic name, taken from the column heading or the label beside them. The remaining 800 or so are blank lines with no text to name them after, and a screen reader still announces them as empty fields. The templates are made for print; their use on screen is what we are still working on.
• Downloadable PDF templates are not yet fully optimised for accessibility.
• Some interactive diagrams and simulators can be hard to navigate by keyboard alone, and do not move focus when they change view.
• Video backgrounds have no captions, as they are decorative and carry no spoken content.
• The cookie bar sits at the bottom of the screen and can cover a focused field.

The Board

The Board is our application for the daily operations meeting. It sits behind a code and is therefore not covered by the automated sweeps that cover the rest of the site. It is now: the team’s board, the settings, an earlier day and the leader’s overview are reviewed with axe on every change, alongside the public pages.

At the most recent review, on 29 September 2026, we found no violations on the four pages. The two faults the sweep found the first time were both contrast: the weekend days in the date strip sat at 2.64:1 and a target figure on an earlier day at 4.49:1. Both are fixed. Every control on the board is at least 44 by 44 pixels, because it is operated standing up and with gloves on.

What we have not done: a full review with a screen reader by somebody who uses one every day. The curve for a metric is drawn as graphics and is hidden from screen readers; the assessment of it sits beside it as ordinary text, so the content does not exist only in the image.

Enforcement procedure

Prozanta Operations is established in Denmark. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Danish Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen), which supervises the accessibility of private companies’ websites under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility requirements for products and services).

Technical specifications

The site is built with Next.js and React. Page content is server-rendered, so it is available without JavaScript. Body text on dark grounds sits at no less than 5.3:1 and input field borders at no less than 3.8:1 — both above the requirement. Keyboard focus is shown with a double ring that carries on both light and dark backgrounds.

This statement is prepared under Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the European Accessibility Act), which took effect in Denmark on 28 June 2025 through the Danish Accessibility Act.
