That is what we work for every day. Because we know that when the firefighting stops, it isn’t just wellbeing that begins — it is the real headroom to develop the organisation.
The mission — We build the most self-sustaining companies in the industry
Most organisations hold far more capability than their day-to-day allows them to show. The capacity is there. The talent is there. What is missing is the structure that lets it come into its own.
Prozanta was founded on the conviction that stable operations set people free. When ownership is clear and routines hold on their own, capable people spend their energy making things better — instead of holding the day together.
Our job is to build that structure together with you and make your organisation able to carry it forward on its own. The goal is that you can run independently.
Operational problems are usually behavioural problems. The system shapes the behaviour.
Organisations rarely fail because they lack ideas. They fail because new behaviour never becomes normal behaviour. An improvement that hasn’t become a habit only lasts as long as someone remembers to think about it.
That is why ownership, accountability, firm management routines and organisational habits are just as important as the process design itself. A good system without ownership crumbles; a new routine without management follow-up slides back. We work on both at once — the structure and the behaviour that has to carry it.
We build the systems that make operations self-sustaining — and that hold even when we are not there.
When processes work, ownership is clear and the day-to-day isn’t marked by chaos, employees and leaders get the chance to focus on their craft, collaboration and development.
We measure before we act. Improvements build on actual numbers from your operations — not gut feelings or whatever was popular at the latest conference.
An engagement that doesn’t hold three months after we have left has not succeeded. We measure success on whether things still work when we are not there.
Analyses that are never put into practice are waste. We drive the implementation with full accountability — close to your people, day by day.
Our reputation depends on your results. We never close an engagement based on hours or the calendar, but when the systems run independently.
Founder, Prozanta Operations
Henrik Petersen has twelve years of experience with quality and operations in regulated manufacturing — with quality management from both the supplier and the customer side, and with operational improvement in environments where deviations have consequences. He works with companies across industries and sizes.
His work combines technical insight with methodological depth: a thorough understanding of how products are both designed and manufactured, combined with a Lean Master Black Belt, a Six Sigma Black Belt and certification as an ISO 9001 auditor.
It is that combination — technical understanding, methodological weight and practical experience from the floor — that underpins Prozanta’s approach: that operational problems are usually behavioural problems, and that lasting results come from systems and habits, not one-off efforts.
I have worked in two places that could not have been more different. One was built on systems that worked — that is where I learned quality and structure from the ground up, seen from both the supplier’s and the customer’s side. The other ran on individuals: knowledge lived in people’s heads, not in the systems, and when something went wrong, fingers pointed at the people instead of asking whether the system even gave them a chance.
That contrast shaped my conviction. Because I saw the same thing in both places: it is not the will or the skill that decides whether a company runs stably. It is whether the structure and the behaviour around the work are built for it — or whether everyone spends the day trying to remember what was agreed last time and putting out the same fires again.
I have myself stood as the employee that a system failed. That is why Prozanta never blames the employees. A customer complaint is rarely a person failing — it is most often missing support, missing training or a system that doesn’t guide in the right direction. To fix it for good, you adjust the competences and the system, not the blame.
That is also why I started Prozanta rather than settling somewhere comfortable. There is a large, unrealised potential in companies — not because producing locally is too expensive, but because we too rarely think smart enough about the way we work. That potential is what I want to help set free, one company at a time.
Book a no-obligation conversation. We would like to hear about your situation, understand what the firefighting consists of, and assess together whether we are the right match for you.
